We provide our agents with a multitude of lead options to ensure their success. We give the opportunity to run your business in the manner that suits you best, instead of relying on only one source or type of lead. We have many national vendor relationships that allow our agents to receive leads at a discounted price. We DO NOT sell leads or make money from lead. We make 100% of our income from insurance sales only.

COMPENSATION

 

OUR GOAL IS TO CREATE COMPOUNDING INCOME FOR OUR AGENTS

At Family First Life we want to provide our agents with the best life possible all while providing assistance and comfort for families.

Our compensation plan starts at 80% and tops off at 145%.  Raises in commission are given every two months based upon issued paid production numbers.  If you are a high producer with proof of previous production then a higher starting commission level would be negotiable.

INCOME

DIRECT SALE COMMISSIONS

Direct Sale Commissions are derived from the policies that you personally sell. The average paycheck per policy is $675. At Family First Life we pride ourselves on being able to teach any agent that is willing to work how to write over $10,000 in Annual Premium every week.

AGENCY OVERRIDES.

If you decide to start an Agency with Family First Life you would receive an override commission on any agent that you hire when they sell a policy. The override commission is equal to the difference of commission levels between you and your agents. The average override commission is 15% of the Annual Premium.

RENEWAL COMMISSIONS

Renewal Commissions are paid Annually on certain types of policies when the contract renews at the end of the year. The average renewal commission is 5% of the Annual Premium.

At Family First Life your renewals are vested from the day you start. We don’t believe in keeping your money and if you leave FFL you take the renewals that you’ve EARNED with you.
